I'm a Celebrity Amy Willerton clashes with Alfonso, Rebecca after show
Amy Willerton has admitted that she thinks the contraband controversy gave her campmates an excuse to hit out at her

Speaking to her father, Willerton admits that she felt "a lot of weirdness" from the other celebrities, saying: "It started off with lots of little comments and I didn't always understand why they were doing it, then when the whole contraband thing came in to play I felt like they were like, 'Yes, we've got a reason and now we can blast it'.

"It doesn't surprise me. I think when I was feeling low obviously it was for a reason, because now I can see that the comments I thought were being made really were being made."

Later, at the hotel, Ribeiro can be seen confronting Willerton about the contraband, saying: "The thing that obviously hurt me was the fact I have been, and always was, your champion, and I have heard you say, 'I felt like if I could get away with it, why not?'

Alfonso Ribeiro confronted Amy Willerton about her use of contraband when the duo had left the jungle

"That information, that take on the contraband issue, is the problem you've had, because all that that means is that you looked out for you.

"You can understand how everybody else in camp sees that as a selfish, immature behaviour, that at no point is anybody going to feel like, 'Oh cool, I can trust her', because how do you trust that individual?"

Willerton replies that she "regrets" not handing in her contraband, adding: "I told you that at the time and I said I was stupid, it was stupid."

As the pair disagree on the various contraband issues, Willerton continues: "You can understand why I didn't particularly feel part of a team with the way that they made me feel... you guys built up a lot of team spirit, for me I was constantly... having awful comments put at me.

Amy Willerton has admitted that she regrets hiding some banned items during her stay in the jungle

"When they talked about the contraband thing, I felt like, 'Are you doing it because you've finally found a reason to hate me and now you're going to blow it out of proportion?'"

However, Ribeiro tells her: "Every person who has left has said there is only one person who wasn't playing for the team, and I know that that hurts to hear that, but everyone can't have the same opinion and their opinions be all wrong... sometimes the best choice is to look in the mirror and say, 'I screwed up'."

Willerton later reveals that she is "glad" she had the talk with Ribeiro, saying: "It was difficult. It's upsetting to know people were upset. I'd never want to hurt anybody, but at the same time, quite frankly, I didn't know how upset people were because no-one told me."

Rebecca Adlington criticised Amy Willerton about her behaviour at the show's wrap party

However, Ribeiro appears unconvinced that their talk has had an effect, saying: "I don't think she'll ever fully understand why we had a problem with contraband. I don't think she understands the true nature of being a team player."

Coming Out also features scenes from the show's wrap party, which sees Adlington attempting to clear the air with Willerton by saying: "I keep trying with you, and you keep slapping me in the face."
