| Just wondered what other people thought about this - do you prefer flowers or donations to a charity for a funeral? Personally I like some
flowers on the coffin but hate to see all the money that is wasted on flowers which are just going to sit there dying when it could be used by a charity. I would always go with the wishes of the family, but know that some people have very strong feelings one way or the other - someone I know thinks it is terrible not to send flowers, mind you she
won't give to charities in any case. We've just had a difference of opinion about this (again!) which is what prompted me to ask!
